Fertility Bodywork
using the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy

What is this?

I have walked with hundreds of women through their journeys through their fertile years and there are some themes and similarities in the patterning of energy we are all holding in our bodies.

I believe the practice of honoring and tending to the body with our hands can impart lasting and profound healing and change. We hold everything in our bodies, and we hold a lot in our wombs.

I am honored to be a living piece of this incredible lineage of healing passed on through the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy.

These sessions will incorporate hands-on bodywork and can address issues relating to: painful periods, painful sex, heavy periods, scanty periods, PCOS, endometriosis, hormonal imbalance, pregnancy discomfort, surgery recovery, postpartum healing...and beyond.

Sessions are typically 90-minutes long and include a deep dive into your health history and relationship with your womb space and body- I can offer appropriate or wanted bloodwork, a vaginal steam with home-grown herbs, and then time on the massage table focusing on the hips, sacrum, pubic bone, soft tissue, lymphatic flow, digestive system and reproductive organs. I usually will offer a homemade tea blend and/or flower essence blend for continued healing at home.

This specific bodywork is done with the intention of bringing improved circulation and lymphatic flow to the reproductive organs and pelvic bowl and encouraging alignment and balance of the organs, tissues and energy we carry in our cores.

The body wants and knows how to heal. Sometimes it needs the reminder of how to let go~

Curious? Be in touch! These sessions are incredible. Please email: hannah@ravenmidwifery.com to schedule.

COST is $130 for a 60-minute session.

These sessions usually begin with chatting and catching up with pertinent symptoms and/or concerns, time on the table receiving bodywork and, depending on what comes up, I may offer herbal recommendations or suggestions for self-care techniques to continue the healing work at home-
