This blend of three herbs- Yarrow, cinnamon and cramp bark- came to me in the final weeks of my second pregnancy. I was hoping to create something to ride out the postpartum cramping that helped my body and tasted good and wasn't an over the counter pharmacutical product. I used this liberally in my postpartum experience and have since been sharing it with all of my birth clients.
Here, my intention is to share this with the world- and provide support to those approaching thresholds of uterine shifting and seeking support through their healing process.
Sold in 1oz (pink!) bottles.
This tincture can be used during painful menstrual cycles, for postpartum cramps, menstural cramps and beyond. This tincture can be used after a vaginal birth or vaginal delivery or a cesarean birth or cesarean delivery as the uterus contracts and the uterus returns to its pre-pregnancy size.
These herbs are not recommended for use during pregnancy.
The uterus is an incredibly powerful muscular organ in our bodies, and it's job is to build and then to expel. The uterus works best when it is supported by the tissues and ligaments within the pelvis, and nourished with adequate blood flow and lymphatic flow. The herbs in this tincture support the blood vessels within the pelvic bowl to help the uterus shrink back down to it's rightful place in our bodies and to bleed without pain during a heavy bleeding time like postpartum or a menstrual cycle.
Please read more about each herb below. Each order comes with a sheet that describes each herb and dosing instructions for usage.

Cinnamon: Supports circulation and can reduce pain, bleeding, nausea and vomiting during times of heavy uterine bleeding.
Cramp Bark- As its name suggests, cramp bark is wonderful at assisting with muscle cramping and pain. A wonderful ally during times of transition, cramp bark can help to ease conflict, on both the physical and spiritual levels.
These herbs have been soaked in vodka for 6 weeks.
Invitation for use: Fill up the dropper and squeeze the tincture into a jar of water, tea, or directly on the tongue every 1-3 hours during periods of cramping.
