This tumeric was organically grown on Moon Valley Farm in western Maryland- I added raw local honey and distilled spirits to make this tincture.
A suggested dosage would be 5-10 drops on the tongue 2 times each day, more or less if needed. Always listen to your body and discontinue use if you don’t feel comfortable.
